I could had spent some time on figuring out exactly what was messing up my setup but I decided there were too many variables and too many configurations I was better Open up a command prompt window and type in sc query MSExchangeFBA and see what you get. Everything was working fine this morning until around 1130am when owa went down. Started the service, checked OWA and working again. Once a verdict is returned from the SMSMSE scanner, the database lock is removed, and Exchange will once again display the item to clients and allow delivery to it's final destination. Once that is done is time to remove those rebel ones straight from Active Directory as they won't cooperate. You'll notice that this time around there is no HTTP 500 blank page after you install Exchange and everything works as it should!
