Can you see the folder with any adimn tool? To enable Direct Booking in Outlook 2010, you need to edit the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Options\Calendar registry entry. (Refer kb/982774). Exit Registry Editor.
