That compacts ONLY that folder and will generally be quick. You will lose your newsgroups, but when OE re-creates the file, it should stop giving you compaction errors. I have MSE and spybot SD resident active all the time. The System Configuration Utility appears, On the BOOT.INI tab, Uncheck the "SAFEBOOT" option.
How can I fix that so it will finish compacting.
