Outlook Express Error Message Has Not Been Downloaded

I am using XP Pro. Phoned apple support and was promptly told that it was not their problem but a problem with my service provider. This post has been flagged and will be reviewed by our staff. I will test it out over the next week and see what I find. Source

Now I have lost nearly 600 emails, many of which contained important info. This is alarming as I seem to have lost these messages completely.
