I actually just backed up my sent items and deleted the sentitems.dbx file and the outbox.dbx file together. So new sent messages could not be copied to sent items and were instead left in outbox. Im stumped. Optonline residential accounts won't let you. I moved two years of emails from the sent folder into individual folders for the appropriate years and it works just fine now. https://forum.openoffice.org/en/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=9117 So I created a new folder called Sent Items 2007 and moved all 2007 emails to this folder and problem was resolved. When I click the Errors tab, nothing is there. This happens with all e-mails and not just ones with attachments.

First message I sent without attachment went OK (ie to sent items) but when I tried one with an attachment it ended up in outbox.
