Sent it in on warranty. Use your finger nails to wiggle the connector out of the socket. I finally got it by using the picture from the link and carefully sliding it fully back in, keeping the backside raised so the gears did not move and then moving I turned it off and back on to make sure it was truley fixed and it was fine. check over here
